1. 30-Day Return Period & Statutory Rights

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Nothing in this policy affects or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

2. How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, please email our customer service team at novatrader43@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and send you full return instructions.

3. Return Postage

If you return an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, Nova Trader covers the reasonable cost of returning it.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method in GBP (£) within 5–7 business days.
