About Electro Outlet Sants

Electro Outlet Sants opened as a small electronics shop in the Sants neighbourhood, selling the usual mix of kettles, lamps and televisions. Every summer, the same conversation happened at the counter: a tenant needing to cool a bedroom before an exam or a heatwave, unable to fit anything permanent because the flat wasn't theirs to drill into, and unsure which unit would actually be strong enough for the room.

We stopped stocking a bit of everything and focused on one problem: cooling that needs no installation and no landlord's permission. We buy portable units directly from manufacturers rather than through wholesalers, which is how we keep prices below what the high-street chains charge for the same model, and every unit is registered with a genuine manufacturer warranty before it leaves our warehouse. We also ask about room size and window type before we recommend anything, because the wrong BTU rating is the most common reason people end up unhappy with a portable AC.

We're still a small team, and we still answer sizing questions ourselves rather than routing them through a script. If a unit isn't right for your room, we'd rather tell you before you buy it than after.
