Terms of service
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern every order placed through the Electro Outlet Sants online store ("we", "us", "our") by consumers and business customers alike. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they stand at the time of your order. We reserve the right to amend these Terms for future orders; any changes will not affect contracts already concluded with you.

3. Conclusion of contract
The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute legally binding offers on our part; they are an invitation for you to place an order. When you click the order button at the end of the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. Receiving an automatic confirmation of your order does not, by itself, constitute our acceptance of that offer. The contract of sale is only concluded once we accept your order, either by sending you a separate order acceptance email or by dispatching the goods to you.
4. Prices, currency and shipping costs
All prices displayed on our product pages are shown in Euro (EUR) and include statutory VAT and any other mandatory price components applicable at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed product price; they are calculated and shown separately during checkout, before you confirm and place your order, so that you always know the full cost of your purchase in advance.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. The following payment methods are accepted in our store, and the options available to you will also be presented during checkout:

6. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship orders to the United Kingdom and Spain. Once your order is placed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1–2 business days ("handling time"). Following dispatch, delivery typically takes a further 2–4 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, and any delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control will not entitle you to compensation unless required by applicable law.
7. Retention of title
The goods you order remain our property until they have been paid for in full. This retention of title does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Returns, refunds and exchanges
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a return window of 30 days from the date of delivery. Full details of how to exercise your right of withdrawal, including the applicable deadlines and procedure, are set out in our Right of Withdrawal terms.
Where a return is accepted, return shipping is paid for by us, and you will not be charged for sending the item back. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 days. As an alternative to a refund, we are also happy to offer an exchange for another item, where you would prefer this option.
9. Warranty
Products purchased from our store are covered by a warranty period of 2 years from the date of delivery. This warranty applies in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including any statutory guarantee of conformity.
10. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Governing law
These Terms, and any contract concluded through our store, are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you are habitually resident. Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
