Overview

Electro Outlet Sants stands behind the quality of every product we sell. This Warranty Policy explains the statutory protection you are entitled to as a consumer, the additional manufacturer warranty that applies to certain products, and the simple process for reporting a fault so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Statutory warranty

All goods purchased from us are covered by the statutory warranty for defects that applies under the law. If an item you receive is faulty or does not conform to what was agreed at the time of purchase, you are entitled to a remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

• Repair of the faulty item, or
• Replacement with an equivalent product, or
• Where the law allows, a price reduction or a full refund.

This statutory protection exists independently of, and is not limited or reduced by, any manufacturer warranty described below. Your legal rights as a consumer remain fully intact regardless of any additional cover a product may carry.

Manufacturer warranty

Where a product carries an additional manufacturer warranty, it applies for 2 years from the date of purchase, on top of your statutory rights described above. This additional warranty covers manufacturing defects that arise during normal use and is provided in addition to, not instead of, the protection you already have by law.

Reporting a fault

If you believe a product is defective, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can look into it and put things right. You can reach us at contact@electrooutletsants.shop.

To help us assess and resolve your claim quickly, please include the following when you contact us:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the fault
• Photos of the issue, where possible

Once we have received this information, we will review your case and get back to you promptly with the next steps.

How we resolve warranty claims

Every warranty claim is assessed individually. Depending on the nature of the fault and the product concerned, we will offer the most appropriate remedy available under your statutory rights or the manufacturer warranty, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, as set out above. We aim to handle every claim fairly and without unnecessary delay.
